When you commission a project, we collect the details needed to do our job properly. This typically includes your name, contact details, address, and the measurements of your space. We use this solely to communicate with you and arrange for the creation and installation of your order.
To ensure our website runs smoothly, we use essential cookies. With your permission via our cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. This data is completely anonymous and does not directly identify you.
We never sell or trade your personal details. The only time we share your information is with our fully insured fitting team, so they know where to go to install your finished curtains or blinds.
You are always in control of your data. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or request that we delete your details entirely.
